Welcome to k111. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the k111 online gaming platform, website, and all related services operated under the k111 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). k111 is operated by a company incorporated and licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.

By accessing the k111 Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any games or betting markets offered through the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "You") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k111 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with k111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

Access to and use of the k111 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k111 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all aspects of the Platform without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for recreational and entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate in connection with the use of k111 services.
• Your use of the k111 Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or statute applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

k111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including but not limited to re-verification of age and identity. Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held will be forfeited in accordance with the Platform's anti-fraud policy.

To access real-money games and betting markets on k111, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the k111 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during and after registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k111 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. k111 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your login credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your k111 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k111 support immediately at [email protected]. k111 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending the outcome of the investigation.
• Account Currency: k111 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise specified.

k111 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Pakistani market, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. k111 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder will be returned and may trigger an anti-money laundering review.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, k111 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC procedures may experience delays or holds on withdrawal requests until satisfactory documentation is provided.
• Withdrawal to Source: k111 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Winnings will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This policy is in place to prevent financial crime and money laundering.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Transaction Fees: k111 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may levy their own fees, for which k111 is not responsible.

k111 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all k111 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard k111 wagering requirement is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) by the required multiple before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of credit. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• k111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offering at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated where practicable.
• k111 may at its sole discretion withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that violates these Terms or constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, specific slot titles, or sports betting markets — may contribute differently to wagering requirements or be excluded from bonus wagering altogether. This will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.

k111 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets. All games and betting markets on the k111 Platform are governed by the following rules and principles:

• Certified RNGs: All k111 casino games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including k111 itself.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with k111's official sports betting rules, which are published on the Platform. k111 reserves the right to void or amend bets in cases of clear error, data feed failure, or events outside k111's reasonable control.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on k111 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. k111 may adjust stake limits at any time.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or power outage on k111's infrastructure — k111 will use its best reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of interrupted rounds. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Game History: Full records of all games played and bets placed on k111 are retained in the player's account history. In case of any dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, the records stored on k111's servers shall be considered the authoritative and final record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one k111 account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, errors, or loopholes in k111's Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer gaming context on k111.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. k111 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using payment methods that do not belong to you personally.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using prohibited low-risk betting strategies to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k111 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

k111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass identity and age verification procedures within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under k111's Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction or closure.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, k111 will return the verified balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) to the player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their k111 account may do so by contacting k111 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

k111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. k111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their k111 account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. Reaching this limit will temporarily restrict the player's access to real-money games until the limit period resets.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which their account will be suspended from real-money gaming. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling has become or is becoming problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the k111 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

All content on the k111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software code, interface design, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of k111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k111 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any k111 content without the express prior written consent of k111.

The k111 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of k111. Unauthorised use of k111's trademarks — including in connection with any third-party website, product, or service — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k111 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the k111 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, k111 specifically excludes liability for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of participating in games or betting markets on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including transaction failures, delays, or fees levied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, game rules, odds, or promotional content displayed on the Platform.

k111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on k111, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k111 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform, secure data storage, and access controls limiting internal staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

k111 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in Platform operations — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game software suppliers — under binding data processing agreements that require those providers to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k111 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and k111, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact k111 support in writing at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

k111 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a full written response within 28 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through k111's internal complaints process, players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by k111's licensing authority.

k111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k111 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the k111 Platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

The version of the Terms currently in force is the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
